  • No platform fees deducted

  • No administrative costs

No Refund Zone

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your scheduled time slot are not eligible for any refund.

Understanding Payment Gateway Charges

When you make a payment, payment gateway providers (like Razorpay, Stripe, or PayU) charge a small processing fee. These charges are typically 2-3% of the transaction amount and are non-refundable by the payment providers.

Example Calculation:

Original Booking Amount:₹1,000
Payment Gateway Charge (2.5%):₹25
Refund Amount:₹975

How to Cancel Your Booking

Eligible refunds are processed automatically and credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
